This worksheet will be very informative for me.
It was difficult and I could just guess some corrections that I was not sure they are true.
"Entering the restaurant, there were a choice of sitting at chairs at a table, or in(on) the(a) carpet covered raised platforms lining walls. My guide who was going to be a familiar choice during her(my) trip, than(then) ran through (a/the) menu - kebabs -(,) chicken, lamb, minced lamb, chicken and lamb."

Good job, Faranak, You caught a lot of very difficult mistakes that second language learners often miss. One point: "Entering the restaurant, there was a choice... (Whenever you choose, use the singular verb.} Also, a period would not be correct after "kebobs-" because what follows is not a complete sentence. Dashes or hyphens are acceptable in English--if what follows relates to what comes before the dash. Don't overuse it, however.
